Please note, you can only submit one event per form. Requests should be submitted a minimum of three (3) weeks in advance of the event date. When possible, requests should be scheduled between business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Once your form has been submitted, Township staff will connect with your regarding next steps.
